Ferrous Ingot Casting Machines

For lower tonnage producers of certified ingots, Economy Industrial developed a line of MiniCasters, ingot casting machines designed to offer the advantage of automatic machine casting to producers with casting requirements from 3 to 30 tons per hour.

Ingot casting machine installations include the U.S. Navy Puget Sound Shipyard in Bremerton, WA, the U.S. Mint in Philadelphia, PA,  Precision CastParts Corp. in Portland, OR, R. Lavin & Sons in North Chicago, IL
and Cannon-Muskegon Corp. in Muskegon, MI.
In 1999, a new twenty-ton per hour stainless ingot caster was installed at Sandusky International, in Sandusky, OH.

Economy Industrial Corp. also offers ingot casting machines for non-ferrous metals, ferroalloys, and accessory equipment, including ladle tilters and ladle transfer cars.
